Kandiss Bondurant

HR Director

Kandiss Bondurant joined the OOC in March 2022. In this role, she oversees a wide range of services, from talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. 

Kandiss has more than 15 years of work experience in human services, administration, project management, and client support. Kandiss has a huge passion for networking, building relationships, and building roots in the community. In her spare time, she volunteers with several youth sports organizations and mentors young girls in Columbus.

Kandiss was born and raised on the south side of Columbus. She is a proud graduate of Columbus City Schools and The Ohio State University. Her passion for community was instilled by her father, a full-time minister of their family church on the east side of Columbus. She resides in Pickerington with her fiancé and their blended family of five children.
