Our Theory of Change

Through organizing bases of marginalized people in Ohio, especially young people, low income people, and Black people, we can improve the material conditions in our communities and change the systems that perpetuate injustices against us.  

Our central purpose is to recruit, develop, and align everyday people in our membership bases to build enough power to advance a shared political agenda in Ohio for racial, economic, and gender justice.

We do that through:

1. Grassroots community organizing for power

2. Building a powerful race-class narrative about the future vision of Ohio

3. Building large-scale electoral power to advance a racial, economic and gender justice agenda.
